Four adult classes available each weekday. Each class includes time for stretching followed by a workout that can be modified to appropriately challenge you.

Owner of TXK Elite CrossFit
With six years of CrossFit experience and five years as a Level 2 certified trainer, I bring expertise and passion to every session. I hold a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and an MBA, blending fitness knowledge with business skills.
SIERA NELSON
CrossFit Trainer
As a Level 1 certified CrossFit trainer with 2 years of experience, Blake brings a wealth of athletic expertise, backed by 24 years of baseball experience including Division 1 college play. Currently Blake has been drafted to the Firefighters baseball team of the Savannah Bananas.
BLAKE MORGAN
CrossFit Trainer
With a transformation story of losing 200lbs, Ginger has been committed to fitness for years. After 3 years of dedicated weightlifting, she earned a Body Pump Certification, where she has been instructing for two years. Recently, she became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and now helps coach kids and adults at TXK Elite CrossFit. She is passionate about empowering others to reach their fitness goals. Coach Gin continues to bring a positive energy with every class and workout.
GINGER SILLAVAN
Social Media & Marketing Director
As a Marketing Director with an MBA in Accounting, she brings a diverse skill set to the table. With 13 years in photography & marketing management, she is able to combine creativity and strategic thinking. Additionally, she has 2.5 years of experience as a CrossFit athlete, underscoring her commitment to health and fitness.

Personal Trainer
Don is a certified trainer with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that fit real life. He believes fitness should feel empowering—not intimidating—and that progress looks different for everyone.
His approach focuses on smart programming, proper movement, and encouragement every step of the way. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to push past a plateau, his goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.
